Cool Improving frequency of Lucid Dreams - a'camaaaan help me out :)

      Word up everyone,

I'm a fairly regular lucid dreamer. I've had probably about 40 DILD's and 1 WILD in around 4 months. I'm therefore pretty farmiliar with the sensation of being in a dream and stabilization techniques etc. however i just want more! does anybody have any good tips on how to increase the frequency of lucid dreams instead of them being pretty randomly timed?

      Any help's greatly appreciated...

P.S. Here's a little dancing bannana to cheer u up if ur feeling low . he's a fruit but for some reason he has arms and legs and a face. his parents must've been pretty odd looking..

Well if you are having so many DILD's your awareness is fairly high, try doing more WILD's to induce them instead of waiting for them to happen. If you wanna have multiple ones in a night try CANWILD?

CAN-WILD is Custom Alarm Noise - Wake Initiated Lucid Dream.
You set an alarm to wake you during the night, and it turns off by itself, so that you dont have to wait for ages to get into SP.
Look it up in the wiki
      DILD's: 54 | WILD's: 1 | DEILD's: 6

Max LD's in one night: 4
