Yes, do not TRY to have a lucid dream (just have it). Do not worry about having the lucid dream, or anything about it. Do not think of lucid dreaming as something that is hard, or unobtainable. Do not neglect those tips listed here (dream journal and techniques, and whatnot). Do not set yourself on fire before going to bed. Do not sleep with the TV on. Do not become excited when you realize that you are dreaming. |
