I have a bunch of flexeril (muscle relaxer) that was prescribed. do you think it would help induce sleep paralysis? Like, say i had been up all day and was going to go to bed like a regular night and i took some, would it help induce it? Because in the past i've never been able to attain SP when i first go to bed.
I'm curious because i had taken some last night and they were kicking in pretty good as i was sitting at my computer still, and i started to already feel insane, what felt like roll signals coming on. any opinions?
