      Lightbulb "No!" Technique (Montra Meditation)

Came up with a Mantra Meditation technique that help me have 3 lucid dreams last night. I thought when Im in a dream most times I am too accepting of the odd out of place things that are happening around me, so i wanted to make it clear that i would "not" be accepting of "anything" i came in contact with at the momment i slumber into my sleep. Life imitates art so if you decide to do this technique think about it like this... In Matrix 1 when did Neo truely become lucid and most powerful?? It was at the momment he said "NO". Smith and his goons fired on him and Neo sticks out his hand as if to say stop. The bullets pause in mid air, and he then starts to see the matrix for what it truely is.

      "No!" Technique

Step1: Go to bed and Lay on your back

Step2: Focus on your breathing for 1-5 mins until you feel completely relaxed

Step3: Think the word "No" in your mind and repeat it in a rhythm like Melody until it just flows naturally ( do this for about 2-5mins)

Step 4: Now that you have a "No" song in your head add to it the dream signs that you missed to become lucid. And say this in the same "No" melody u created. (for 2-5mins) Ex: "No... I can not fly" plug in what ever you like. You just want to get into a critical state of mind. No no No NO nO nO nOno..... etc.

Step 5: Go to sleep in a comfortable position with the expectation that the dream environment will not trick you, be very firm at this point.

Step 6: There is only a step six if you can fill it in with a lucid experience.

This has worked for me and i hope it can work for you 2. namaste.

"when you fall unconscious, what your mind expresses is a dream.
When you are aware, what your mind expresses is creativity. It creates your life.
When you are in a higher state of consciousness, it not only creates the life of whatever you want, but also on whom ever you want". -LifeBlissFoundation
