To me this sounds like a step in the wrong direction. I myself like to accept my reality for what it is. In fact I don't really become lucid by questioning my reality, I become lucid because I Intent it. I don't know why, but I feel that leaving my dream the way it is is the right thing to do. If you mess with it, it's like messing up a beautiful painting just because you don't like it the way it is. I just like to explore and accept my reality. I'm only saying this because this is what comes to mind when reading your method. When you put the word "no" in your mind it basically means rejecting something. So if you are trying to lucid dream, by telling yourself "no" I think it might only stop lucid dreaming. |
