      What are these "dreams"?

Usually I have dreams that end up in me tripping and me waking up in a jump then me doing an rc and finding out that its reality.
What are these dreams? What shall i do with them?

when i have them i either hear them or see them, never both at a time, both has happened once or twice.

EDIT: I realized this is probably the wrong section.
      whoops.

He either hears the dream or sees the dream. Both sensory experiences never happen at the same time. Both of these sensory experiences happened once or twice.

That's what it seems to say.

How can you only hear a dream though?

Lets just take it that he does. Really, dreams are just dreams. It does not matter the content, length, or vividness. A dream is a dream, the only things that change it are bad stuff (nightmares) or clarity (lucid).

Otherwise, a dreams a dream. Dreams have a very broad spectrum of stuff they can be defined as.

They are called Hypnic Jerks i think.
In the movie inception, they are called 'Falls' or 'pushes' . its when you flash or hear something frightning or as if you would fall, you are imediately pushed and wake up in shock. it occurs when you are about to fall asleep, but dont want to, so your body wakes you up sometimes. they are normal, they will go away after a while. :p i think.
