I can't do an RC please help

So I'm new but I read the whole thing on LD but the hardest part of my dreaming is doing a reality check when I see something out of place. Normally I will ignore it and move on, but I want to be able to know how to remind myself in the dream that if I see something out of the ordinary I will preform a RC. This is really hard for me but I hope that those of you reading this understand what I'm getting at. Thank You for helping me.

It will take practice for your reality checks to start appearing in your dreams. It is suggested that the more you RC in waking the more likely you are going to do it in your dreams. DILD can be sporadic at times so if you are finding the whole reality checking thing difficult you could look more in WILD methods

Moved this to a more suitable place.

When you do an RC, normally you're already aware of the fact that you're in a dream. If you make them a habit, you'll do them in your dreams without noticing it. That being said, RCs are often only used to confirm if you're in a dream or not, so instead of trying to make RCs a habit, focus on paying more attention to what's around you, and be more observant. The DILD tutorial is a good place to start. If you'd like more info on awareness, have a read through my DILD guide. ↓

Edit: upon seeing that the OP has been banned, this thread is closed.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.
