Any way to only work on LDing right before bed?

I go to high school, and take rather difficult classes, but I REALLY want to lucid dream. ADA is out of the question for me, I can't interrupt my sleep for WILDing, i'm way to in the middle of the night tired to keep a dream journal. I don't have any particularly vivid experience with LD's for a mild, WBTB has the same problem as WILD, RCing is just like ADA, and that's all the methods I can remember at the moment.

I'm sure I'm not the only person wondering if there is any methods that you can just do before bed only. Are there any?

I'v trying for almost a year now, and have about seven LD's, even without doing any of the methods I mentioned consistently, so i know it's possible, but are there any ways to have them frequently and vividly doing this?

My only advice is simple visualization combined with progressive muscle relaxation techniques. When we visualize we are using the same area of our brain (the secondary visual cortices) as when we dream. A form of MILD; visualization whilst failing asleep can be a tremendous help for some. Good luck to you!

MILDing and/or VMILDing is the best! imma sophomore in highschool Its what I use and IT WORKS WONDERS!! but I reccomend you do get at least 8hours - 10hours that way you can get into REM. and longer REM cycles.

MILD, and DEILD would be find as well, because it doesn't really involve any preperation apart from maybe paired with mild
