That's the point. To overload on it all. It's not an everyday type of thing. Say you have nothing, or little to do one day (maybe once a week, or once every other week, or even for a few days straight if you can handle it), and you want to just bombard your mind and body with whatever you can to encourage lucid dreams.

Something must be working, cause the other night, I had 3 DILDs in one night! With waking and writing in my dream journal between each.


Normally through the day, my standard thing that I do is #1 - Computer Reminder that has me reality check and have awareness once every 20 minutes. (I changed it to 20 to make it more random - I was starting to expect the 15 minute one just before it would come.)
