Were you spinning to stay lucid, or trying to teleport? |
|
ok well i had my first semi lucid dream last night! right when i knew i was dreaming i did the dream spin counter colckwise(idk if it matters what way) and then when i finished spinning it was almost like i forgot i knew i was dreaming. Any tips or tricks to prevent this from happening again in the future? Does this happen often? |

It is very normal to lose awareness starting out. If it was one of your first lucid dreams the don't worry. Dream spinning is a way to stabilize the dream and according to Stephen La Berge. I haven't had much luck with it, I find it better to feel everything up in the dream to make the dream more stable. It works very well for me, but experiment with the techniques. |
