Okay, so, I've just recently started practicing ADA, and I just wanted to check if I'm noticing everything I should be and stuff. Here goes:
I am suprisingly uncomfortable in this seat/position when I actually think about it, I'm making my own leg go numb. I can hear cars going by on the road behind me, most of them are going to my right. I can the shadow of my head on my laptop screen and the shadow of my hands on the keyboard. I have just noticed my reflection in the screen. I can hear my dad turning the pages of a newspaper in the next room, I can hear him eating and breathing, I can hear my dog and myself breathing. I can taste the remains of a packet of salt n' vinegar crisps in my mouth. The air smells quite fresh, I can also smell the packet of crisps that is sitting there next to me. I can actually fell the muscles that are allowing me to type and the muscles that flex every time I blink. I am wierdly aware of my tongue. There are birds singing up there somewhere. I can faintly hear the sound of this laptop's fan, but that sound is overpowered by other sounds such as the road and the sound of the keys as I type. I hit the 'enter' key and 'space bar' harder than I hit any other keys, I have never noticed that before. I also only use my index and middle fingers to type, which I hadn't noticed. When I breath in, the air does not touch as much of my tongue as when I breathe out. When the air touches my tongue, it cools it down just slightly. I have noticed how the air feels as it travels through me and I have noticed the path that it takes. I can also feel my chest inflating and deflating as I breathe. I can hear my dad in the kitchen scraping the bottom of a yogurt pot with a spoon. There is a strange, extremely subtle, almost unnoticable ache in my left shoulder from leaning on that arm wierdly.

Right, I have to go back to work soon so I can't go into more detail. Tell me if there are any more senses I should be noticing or whatever... I'm going to add that it's quite wierd how I know where all of the keys on the keyboard are without looking, I've never given it that much thought before. And some of the keys make different noises to others when you press them. Righty then, I have to go off and tear some poor dude's kitchen apart, Work Experience FTW! Wow, just noticed how my vocal chords feel when I talk, funky.
