      Idea for new method ?

      Nild
      Note induced lucid dream

I thought of this yesterday as I half fell asleep with a peice of paper in my hand, I was in a semi dream and realized and woke myself up.
Il try to explain it now, sorry if it's abit long.

You right a note saying reality check, and draw pictures on it saying to reality check and that your dreaming.
Fold the peice of paper to pretty small just big enough so you can hold it between your first two fingers and your thumb.
Do a Wbtb and go when you go back to bed hold this peice of paper comfortably like I said before.
Repeat a mantra (il put ideas later)
      And that's it.

There are two ways I can Se this working:

      The first:

You feel the note in your real hand and realize your dreaming (or half dreaming and go into a dream)
Or it keeps you aware and awake for a wild, (like the pain method exept more comfortable.

      The second:
It carries through into the dream and you read it or look at the pics and become lucid.

My ideas on auto suggestion are:

When I feel the note il know I'm dreaming.

The note will be in the dream

When I feel the note I will rc

When I Se the note I will rc.

      I will Se the note

      Read the note

Do you guys think this would work?
      Anything to add to it?
      Witch method would work best?
      Witch auto suggestion?
      Any other suggestions?

      Thanx

Give it a try tonight and tell us if it worked for you. It sounds like a good idea, to me.

There have been many variants of that, but not quite the same and most haven't been heralded for working exceptionally well. So try it and tell us if this way is best or not!

Feeling better, I hope? Did you have a chance to try this out? Any cool dreams from the tonsilitis? I have the wackiest dreams when I am sick.
