I'm pretty sure I'm going to drop a lot of the 'components' of this method, It would mess with my sleeping pattern too much. I might mess around with it a little, but for now I'm going to stick to my ADA and MILDing, maybe I'll attempt a WILD once I've actually had my first LD I nearly got lucid twice in the same dream once, I think it was June/July? It's in my DJ on here. But anyways, I kind of stopped thinking about LDing directly afterwards and my recall went to shit. This morning I had my first really really vivid dream in months.
