Ok, so, although I haven't had an LD yet, I think I have worked out a method that will maximize my chances. The idea is that it combines many techniques / methods together. Here's what I have:

1) I'm practicing All Day Awareness, people have already told me I am doing this well, and effectively.

2) Regular and Irregular reality checks, both hourly and when I notice something slightly odd / weird / strange.

3) Afternoon naps at around 2:00PM wherever possible / I have enough time.

4) Drinking lots of water before bed, as I find waking up with an alarm to be very uncomfortable and it stresses me out.

5) Repeat a mantra when I'm first going to bed, visualise what I want to dream about and KNOW that I will become lucid.

6) Wake up after a sleep-cycle (thanks to water) and perform a reality check in case it's a False Awakening.

7) Write anything I remember in my DJ.

8) Pee! And drink more water!

9) WILD.

Repeat steps 6-9 until morning!

This isn't really MY technique... It's technically just ADA, regular RCs, looking for DS, MILD, WBTB and WILD merged into one technique! Anyhow, any regular LDers out there - What do you think? Is it good, are there any more techniques I could jam into it that would increase my chances even more? Thank Youu
