I searched for a topic similar to what I want to share, and couldn't find one.... so here goes.



What's the best way to go to help induce lucid dreams? I was told that /complete/ silence is a great way to go. (You can actually hear your own body, it's freaky..)

But quiet environments tend to creep me out. I need some kind of background noise... even white noise.


Although I have had a pretty restful night's sleep in complete silence... but it's rare.


What are your thoughts? What about so-called "Lucid Dream Inducing Sounds"? I know of a couple, but I'm leery to try it...
