Thread: Dream Control [attaining]

Ok, For those of you who do not know me, I am LucidSky, or Alex, lol , Today i am going to post what i do to be able to control my dreams, Which works for me every night, whenever i want to>

First off, no tv 30 min before sleep,
dont need to rot your brain before its in its most active/creative state>
Secondly i incubate my dreams, As seen in this other [ Thread I Started ]

this pretty much means i log my dreams before i actually sleep, usually like an hour or so before sleep, but now i really don't have to do this, but it makes for a much more attentive dream.

Also, idk if this happens to help or not, But Herb, idk havent done it without it

Finally, a nice quiet rest, think of your dream as your falling asleep, picture it, Feel it>>>Dream it!!,
This is my process and it works for me!
