I must ask if you've been using exclusively MILD or combining it with the awareness/reality checks of DILD or even techniques to WILD.

For me, MILD has always been extremely effective with the right mantras, and Naiya's Tutorial is probably the best of the best, but I don't think it would be nearly as effective if I didn't combine it with techniques for DILD aswell. Things such as reality checks throughout the day, All Day Awareness or Sporadic Awareness Technique all help to train your mind to doubt reality and make it way easier to tell when you're dreaming compared to if you weren't doing them.

Some of my favourite mantras are "I am aware when I am dreaming" and "I achieve my goals of lucid dreaming" which I repeat after writing a list of 2-3 goals in my DJ every night
