Did this trigger a lucid or something?

Last night I had my first long lucid dream (which means the whole dream was lucid and i was never not lucid if you see what i mean) and recently i wasnt trying as hard as i used to to get a lucid. Anyway, as i was drifting off to sleep, i wanted to turn over so i turned around and while my head was slightly in the air, i felt a bit dizzy like the feeling when you stand up too soon. This kept happening whenever I lifted my head. I soon fell asleep and realized I was dreaming.
      But...
About the dizziness, what that just a coincidence or was my brain getting ready to lucid dream or something? The dream was pretty long but then i woke up and when i fell back asleep i had another dream which i was lucid but only in a few parts.

First of all, congrats on the lucid! As for the dizziness it was probably just a coincidence, likely from your mind just drifting off a bit and then suddenly moving.

I don't think our minds 'get ready to lucid dream' ... this is an accidental phenomena (or accidentally on purpose in our cases). It is a bit like a high wire act. Gravity wants the acrobat to fall and it is only his will (and great balance) that keeps him from taking a plunge. LD's are the perfect balance between two states of consciousness that, in a normal brain, should not coexist. Learning to walk that esoteric high wire is what LD'ers are all about... if that makes any sense at all.
