      Lucid Dreaming Assistance.

I've started doing Lucid Dreams every since I joined Dream Views in early December of last year. Sadly, I haven't had ANY Lucid Dreams since. I don't know if I am doing anything wrong or not. Usually what I do everyday is I will do some reality checks. By pinching my nose shut and trying to breath. Also I have restarted making entries in my Dream Journal. Yet, I still haven't even had a taste of lucidity. I even do the mantras before I go to bed. Can someone please help me, I really want to have a lucid dream.

At this point all you can really do is wait and try not to get frustrated. Keeping a negative mindset will only hinder your chances of having a lucid dream. If you stay positive, thinking that you will have a lucid then they will come more easily. LDing takes time and patience to start, especially to get really good at it. You could also try a different technique. You said you were trying MILD? Maybe you could try a WBTB/WILD, or maybe try DEILD if you think you're up to it.

The biggest part is to not get angry and just stay positive. LDing is all in the mind so keeping a negative attitidue will only hurt you.

Yep you'll have to stay positive to achieve something. Also I can just recommend you to try out a lot of things, and patience is quite the important factor as well. It took me about 6 months for my first lucid and even though I'm still waiting and practicing for that one awesome lucid I didn't had yet, it already was worth the effort.
Personal Records so far: Max lucids per day: 2 | Max lucids per week: 4 | Max lucids per month: 8 | Max dreams recalled in one night: 17
      Longest lucid dream: ~35min | Highest flight: zoomed out of common existence [WTF?] | Fastest speed: FTL | DILD/EILD/DEILD [X] | WILD/VILD [X] | MILD/FILD/HILD [ ]

While positive thinking is an important part of lucid dreaming do not overlook visualization while drifting off to sleep. Visualize a relaxing place or even try to visualize the last dream you can recall. It works for me... sometimes. Like all lucid dreaming techniques , there is not one that is 100% effective. Find what works for you! Good luck to you

Yeah I have trouble with visualization.

The only thing that I probably that was as vivid as seeing it in real life were stars but no purple space background, just white dull stars in the background of darkness.
