Hmm...I have irregular sleep patterns as well. I used to use sleeping pills, but I wouldn't recommend them every night. Smoking marijuana could help to relax you/make you tired as well, but not sure if your into that. You could try eating a lot of turkey before bed. You can and will dream even on irregular sleep patterns, but if you aren't able to get sleep in general, you may want to talk to a doctor. You may have a mild form of insomnia or something. I also found that reading makes me sleepy. Try lounging in a dimly lit room and read something. It works for me anyway. |
