Well, I'm definitely not as bad as you but I'm not very happy.
Day 1:1 fragment
Day 2:2 bigger fragments
Day 3:1 tiny fragment
That's me so far, I guess I will get better.
When you wake up, stay still and try and remember what you dreamt about. Think about certain keywords of stuff you might have dreamed about it, you might be able to get something every day or a few things a week.
