and good news...last night I got 3 dreams and sometimes I WBTB and that's if my watch alarm goes off... I am not in the habit of RC'ing because it never helped me before...the one time I LD was just telling my self I was dreaming, I already knew I was...
also I try and DILD
also the time I LD I used the lucid dreaming isochronic tone (spelled that ISO wrong) plus.. Whenever I use the ISO I tend to get better results
