I tried WBTB last night but alas I couldn't get to REM. This time I had no Images no Wild experiences no nothing. Just me and my paralysed body. There were even no noises. I couldn't get to sleep for a long time (like always when I get woken during the morning). So is there any way to help get to REM sleep easier and faster? I always end up rolling to the side and giving up. |
