It says in the tutorial you keep your eyes closed for a few seconds, then quickly reverse blink, so that's what I do. |

Was trying to attain sp, and scrambled through the website abit and found tutorials of reverse blinking, but always wondered how often it is so reverse blink. Example would be, is it the same time as blinking like every couple seconds, or a fast repeat of blinking? |

I love DEILD! SP is pwnage!
I keep my eyes closed as I breathe in, and when I'm about to breathe out, I open them for a split second and close again. Repeat. |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

First and foremost, Welcome to Dreamviews! Every few seconds (4 or 5) I reverse blink. I think its critical to not count off the seconds though. Don't focus too much attention on "when should I RB?" Just calmly and passively reverse blink every few seconds for best results. Remember, it isn't an exact science, and you shouldn't make it into a pattern. Good Luck to you! |

Tyvm, i think i got it working, had three of what i 'think' is a wild, and i was in control, over the past couple days. But i think i am still getting too excited even tho i don't feel it and end up waking within a 'short' time, (can't really seem to tell time in too good while asleep :p) but it wasn't long at all, and when i wake up to check the time its been like 30mins or so roughly. Guess it'll only work better as i do this a bit more. |
