i want to try DIELD (upon awakening i will remain still and try to re-enter the dream lucidly) as best as i can, but to do this i have to remain still which means that i cannot record the dream that i just had and i will most likely forget it later. what should i do? |

thanks alot for that, ive been trying to Lucid dream for over a month now and i still cant do it :@ whenever i go to sleep my dreams are very rarely similar so there are only a couple of dream signs that i have. Do you reality check often? Using the MILD technique helps me recall pretty much every dream i have that night, but i have to choose DIELD or MILD and i dont know which one. which one do you preferr? |

Im like you. I have slim to no luck with DILD, which I am trying to work on. I've mastered both WILD and DEILD with a good amount of experience in MILD. If I had to choose between the two I would say DEILD because I like seeing the results faster and for me I have more success |

in dield, do you have to wake up from a dream in the middle of a REM period, or just wake up naturally and stay still? |
|
Naturally and stay still. You should naturally wake up after a REM period at the end of a dream. |
