      i am back

      wow,its been a while sinse the last time i was here,so,i lost Interest in trying to have lucid dreams, i was doing well and i kinda lost motivation althouth i was making great progress,anyway am back now because of an amazing dream i had last night that just brought back my motivation,but i have to avoid my motivation geting low again,what do you suggest i do

      Remember this happy feeling you got from this dream. Recall it and physically feel it every time, when you think of your next lucid. This will help your mind to associate you being happy with lucid dreams and will help you achieve both. Reading posts, tutorials, even if you have already read them. Videos on youtube, especially during WBTB. Make a list of things to do in LD. Write it down. Daydream about it. Or check out the task of the year/month - some great tasks to fire you up. Happy dreams
