      Sensations of Spinning

I sometimes get these sensations of spinning when I'm on break at work relaxing in order to get a short nap in. I get really relaxed and feel warm in my legs. It feels as though my whole body is spinning, where my legs feel like their trying to go to the left usually.

Now if I'm trying to do a WILD, is this the right state I should be trying to get in? Or at least am I going in the right direction?

Sounds like the right kind of sensation to me!
