There shouldn't be a problem. Just sleeping how you normally do will be fine. |

but i cant lucid dream thats the problem ,my body is falling into a sleep paralysis and i cant see any lucid dream,i close my eyes have my sleep paralysis without any voices or sth then i open my eyes and all the things are normal!!what should i do...the only way that worked was, having all lights closed no one around me and no one talking, and that worked xD!! |

You are doing this after a couple of hours of sleep right? After that you have to actually fall back asleep before for your WILD to work. Be patient and wait it out and eventually you will be dreaming, hopefully lucidly. |
If the lights are bothering you but you need some on, just keep one small light on, away from your eyes, like a night light. That works for me. I noticed, when it's too bright, I can't see the images/dreams forming behind my eyelids and then I can't enter the dream. |

i think that MILD is very simple,i think WILD is the best technique because your mind doesent sleeps, with MILD your mind and your body fells asleep too so i want to use the WILD technique but it is hard to wrok :/ |
The only difference between MILD and WILD is the way you enter the lucid dream. Once you are lucid, they both feel the same, since in both of them you are aware and your mind is awake. In WILD, you never lose awareness between being awake and in the dream, in DILD you fall asleep but then you become aware. So feel free in trying to WILD, but you may find MILDing easier, and the results are pretty much the same. Happy dreams |

I have amazing dreams when I leave the light on. I think I sleep more lightly, which makes me more aware. |
sth else,i cant use the reality checks when i use the MILD i tried MILD many times and i think is very simple and you can lucid dream easier, but i cant do a reality check :/ |
Well, first you realize you dreaming and then you RC to make sure. Once you are lucid, you usually remember what you wanted to do. If not, probably doing more RCs during day will get you into habit of that. Happy dreams |
