Problem trying to WILD

Every time that I try to WILD I can't concentrate after a point when the numbness and the physical sensations start I find a reason to be uncomfortable, is usually the neck or the back, but when I get it I can not stop thinking about it and I give up. I tried WILD already six times and I always give up for the same reason. There is something that I can do to stop this, like distracting myself or something like this?

Well, I haven't had a lucid dream through WILD, but what gets rid of the uncomfortable for me is as soon as my mind wants to swallow or move I just tell myself I want this LD badly, and I'll do everything I can to go into one, and start thinking of all the positive things I can do in a Lucid Dream, and that gets my hopes up to keep doing it. Think of it this way
WILD - hardest to learn, best payoff , you can LD on command
DILD - easiest to learn, good payoff (after a couple years you'll have lucids every night)
