Every time that I try to WILD I can't concentrate after a point when the numbness and the physical sensations start I find a reason to be uncomfortable, is usually the neck or the back, but when I get it I can not stop thinking about it and I give up. I tried WILD already six times and I always give up for the same reason. There is something that I can do to stop this, like distracting myself or something like this? |
