After a WBTB, set an alarm to go off every 15 minutes. Each time you wake, set it again. Though this will be annoying, I bet you'll remember your dreams. When I can be bothered, I use this method to guarantee WILDs - if I fail and fall asleep, the alarm wakes me in 15 minutes to try again. If successful means short WILD coz of alarm, but can still do it again. ^_^ |
