Theres one reason I find WILDs difficult and its becuase I twitch quite often. The first time I ever entered sleep paralisys consiously was when I listened to a self hypnosis audio file and it told me to concentrate on flying in an island and then seeing a beautiful women. So I can start SP quite fast but once I feel it starting and I focus on my body while trying to keep my mind working I start twitching. I think what I often read is not to get carried away by Hi or day dreams but for me this is only way I can fully get into SP. Not sure if this is what your meant to do but I cant SP fully when I start to think about it? |

Its okay, it was from an app on iphone called lucid dreaming. Sp is really easy though, next time you wake up in the middle of night lie on your back, then stretch each body part one by one and let them sink in the bed and imagine a heavy weight being on each of them, Dont concentrate on your limbs but concentrate on being stuck, start to think of moving in you mind and you will start to feel tingling, from there on you will be able to amplifiy the feeling by yourself, its really quite easy to enter |

I try to understand the easiest way to achieve sleep paralysis is really sleeping in 4 hours and after read a book and lie down again and down in 5 minutos? I want purposely astral projection and not lucid dreaming sorry my english |
