I've been using SAT/ADA and I've got some pretty weak lucid dream frequency, but at-least I'm having LDs! I'm not too intense into those methods, so there is room for improvement, but I'm wondering if there's anything else that you guys might do: {nighttime routines, mentally imagery, ect.} that might help. I'm not looking for a miracle method that will instantly give me LDs every night but anything that even gave you a slight increase in LD count would be greatly appreciated, |
