Smile MILD technique seems to be working

Alright so lately I've been using the MILD technique, every night before bed I tell myself "I Am a natural lucid dreamer." or "I Will realize I'm dreaming." and it appears as though it has been making my dreams more vivid, and even though I have yet to become lucid, I have employed many stabilization techniques in my dreams, making them seem clearer and even more vivid. Could I be close to attaining my goal of natural-like lucidity? I feel as though I'm very close and it's quite exciting to think about.

I've been doing regular reality checks throughout the day as well as attempting ADA. I've been experiencing what seems to be the same as you, increased vividness and dream recall. However, I can't seem to make the leap to the next step of actually realizing I'm dreaming, if anything I'm becoming more involved in whatever reality (dream or not) that I am currently experiencing taking away from my chances of realizing that I actually am dreaming.

Good luck and let me know if you can make the leap!

      Well congrats!
Keep at it, seems as though this works for you. MILD is my method of choice and I'm happy to see it service another.
Your mantras seem really nice and steady, if they work for you, great!
If you feel a little daring, try making "I will realize I'm dreaming" present tense so it becomes "I am dreaming."
Still prefer your original one? That's perfectly fine, there's no right or wrong way to do this.

      Keep up the good work

Thank you! I will be sure to post updates if it gets any better, I think I may have also found my dream sign so while repeating the mantra in my head I can think of images from past dreams of my dreamsign.

Thanks!! I've also been working on my WILDing when I have the time, it seems to be getting easier each time!
I will have a lucid dream very soon!

Sounds like you are almost there! Positiveness is a very important element to lucid dream induction.
