Tried cald

I believe it's cald not intentionally sorry if it is not cald. Last night I had a lucid dream was about 30 minutes long. I got into a lovely conversation with a dream character named Neo yes I know Matrix anyway I said to her "hmmm how about the next time I'm dreaming call tell me I'm dreaming" she said "Okay but if you don't wake up from the call don't be mad and me". Lo and behold she rang me!!! she said "Hello is this Eoghan ? it's me neo your dreaming" it was quite funny actually. I think Neo is my funny side she kinda looks like Janet Jackson and sounds like Michael Jackson who I adore. Anyway just wanted to share that and ask if any of you used this technique ? I did this in a nap btw.

That sounds like an interesting element. I expect some of the more experienced lucid dreamers could use that as an aid though most would likely find it difficult to create. Still, very neat!

I've been trying CALD, as well. I don't use existing DCs, though; I made up my own characters. They haven't found their way into my dreams yet, though, but I do sometimes hang out with them in my mind during the day, and they also sometimes help me with other techniques such as WILD or self-hypnosis (which I tend to use in conjunction with MILD).

CALD (character assisted lucid dream) has never happened to me. So, to me anyhoo, it might be a vivid dream as opposed to a lucid dream. But, who knows, I could be wrong.

This was one of the most Vivid dreams I ever had it was more real than real life like the grass was so green I know that isn't a big thing but I could like see the little ants on it and all I had like super vision and hearing Neo came out of no where I was walking along and bumped into her and I said sorry (still unaware of dreaming) and she said "um you know your dreaming right" and then I was like of course I am than we just started talking pretty cool.
