Try going with your hallucinations. If you always visualize yourself on a beach but your HI is of your house, picture yourself in your house. This way you don't have to change the HI at all and it will be easier and quicker. You could also imagine falling into the dream which many people report feeling during SP right before they fall asleep. Picture yourself falling down through your bed and into your dreamscape. Just keep in mind that you will feel a falling sensation and it may wake you up so you have to be careful. |
