Reality check are always good, you can do it when you're naked, as you said. |

I remember for over a year ago when I started to read about Lucid Dreaming. Then I was reading about general dreams. |

Yea, as both of you said, training yourself to always do RCs when you find yourself naked is a good idea, if you are able to find a way to make yourself naked often in dreams. |

I second what the other posters said. Do a reality check every time your in the shower, changing your clothes, or sny time your strolling around in your birthday suit xD remember to truely question your reality and really believe you are dreaming. |

I'm a little bit embarrassed to admit this, but I'm never naked in my dreams and when I go to bed in real life I'm... well, you know. I think I should do an RC whenever I'm fully clothed. |

I think that any surrounding feelings will naturally get into the dreams although in a more abstract way (i.e. A ringing bell could be reflected as a huge school dreamscape). Possibly the 'naked' concept could have something to deal more with what you think about it, or your past experiences around that symbol. Perhaps it could help you more to understand what "feeling naked" means for you, and then start wondering every time you feel that way during your WL. The RC idea could fix there too. |
