Thread: What am I doing wrong

when i try to DEILD or WILD i will get the feeling of being frozen (like SP) but it only lasts for a few seconds what am i doing wrong???

Hmmm I can't really tell. What do you usually do before attempting this? What does the freezing thing feel like? Do you hear anything or see anything? And you said it lasts for a few secondS, what happens after it's over? Sorry for the questions, just really curious

It feels like SP even tho I've never actually felt sp it feels like I can't move at all, but no I don't hear anything I see HI tho, so after its over it just goes back to how I felt just lying in bed consciously

And how exactly do you know that you were in "SP"? To me it sounds like you weren't even close.

I don't know for sure, but perhaps it was SP? People experience it differently. Personally, when I experience SP, I snap out of it immediately once I think about it, and focus on the feeling.
