      What kind of dream is this

      It's that kind of dream where I seem to be at least a little aware and the dream seems to be happening in real time not jus wake up and remember but it feels like I'm watching the dream in break time except I'm not lucid what kind of dream is this?

      You can be somewhat aware in a regular dream. This started happening to me after I started lucid dreaming, because it raised my awareness. So if you know for sure it was not LD, it could have been regular with awareness. Makes sense? Happy dreams
