That is my main problem. I focus too much when I feel myself being absorbed into the dream. I have to practice balancing focus with uncunciously letting images appear in front of me. Dream driving definitely seems to help me. It's simple enough that my mind can be relaxed but at the same time I have to be alert to what I am doing. It's hard but so far it's the only thing that's worked for me. Trying it again tonight. |
