Exclamation New Technique Maby? Works alot for me check it out Si-Wild

I just came upon this and im going to call it Si-Wild ( Schedule induced Wake induced lucid dream)
(edit) Its a Schedual induced dream induced wake back to bed induced lucid dream (SiDiWBTBLD), explains it better, but seriously...it seems to work.

O.k before i tell you how i came up with it, ill tell you its benefits.

      1. 1-2 hour period of lucid dreams (even if you wake up from one...or 2 or 3)
      2. Better dream recall (i don't practice dream recall and can remember dreams in this period.
      3. Wont get mad if someone wakes you up, or need to go to work.
      4. High WILD success
      5. Bathroom break

Before you start, remember or test if you stay in bed while tired on a weekend (after you naturally wake up) if you keep falling asleep for a few minutes and dream a bit, I can do this about 4-7 times depending on how tired i am.

Lets start, first of all, make sure you go to bed at the right time, whatever you prefer
      - I go to bed for school at 10:00-11:00

2nd, stick to your alarm don't snooze, get up and go about your life
      -I get up at 6:30

3rd, Drink a lot of water, to the point were your piss is clear, you will need this.
-I had been drinking to much water and started drinking Sobe this past week

4th, Do it on weekdays, if you have a Monday off, sleep in, you need to reset the technique a bit (explain later).

5th, Go ahead and go about life, intill you start waking up once a night to use the restroom.( Do not turn on your bedroom lights, Do not turn on the hallway lights, only stay up enough to do whats needed and hit the bed, most importantly don't set an alarm to wake you up, let your body do it)
      -Mine is around 4:30 AM

6th, Get comfortable and don't think about being lucid, don't think about falling asleep, don't think about, well, anything much really, accept a back of your mind feeling of "damn, gotta wake up in 2 hours"

7th, Remember dreams and go lucid, maby even over 2 or 3 times.

NOTICE- This morning (8-21-12) I normally woke up and used the restroom. Went back to sleep, well, layed down on my back, and in less than 3 minutes i was in full sleep paralysis, this is not the goal, however, im sure you can lucid dream or O.B.E from this, I just dont prefer it.
-This is were sleeping normally comes in. On the weekends sleep normally, you will find that you will sleep lightly in that 1 or so hours and still go lucid alot (hopefully). Just sleep past your work wake up time and you will knock out, keep doing it intill Monday or whatever, and reset it.

      >All results are based on my results, however, i didn't try to go lucid, i just don't like waking up in the morning, this just happend. Its has been going on for the last 10 or so days. So good luck and i hope this works!.
