      Question WBTB's and the best way to use them

      I went for a WBTB last night and tried to WILD after listening to a lucid dreaming podcast for about an hour but I have never been good at those so i just went for a mild i woke up a little later but didn't even remember a non-lucid dream. I was just wondering if anyone had a tip on how to best utilize your WBTB's?

      If you want the original way, here it is:

      1. Set your alarm 2-3 hours before you WAKE UP.
      2. Wake up, and do your normally morning things. 30 minutes before you originally wake up, focus on Lucidity and lucidity only. When you normally wake up, go to bed.

      another tip stretch your muscles the sensation should make you more alert and more relaxed.

      Try WILD naps if you can. Wbtb only worked for me once but I've had a lot of success with WILD Naps.

      I would always suggest visualizations. Try visualizing the last dream you can recall. Works for me!
