I went for a WBTB last night and tried to WILD after listening to a lucid dreaming podcast for about an hour but I have never been good at those so i just went for a mild i woke up a little later but didn't even remember a non-lucid dream. I was just wondering if anyone had a tip on how to best utilize your WBTB's? |

Try WILD naps if you can. Wbtb only worked for me once but I've had a lot of success with WILD Naps. |

I would always suggest visualizations. Try visualizing the last dream you can recall. Works for me! |
