Hello DV! 2nd post and I come with a question, I practice a WILD technique which I start by counting down from 100 to 0 "100 I'm Dreaming 99 I'm Dreaming"
This has been working so far (no successful LD's but I can feel the onset of REM/SP. Still a newbie here!)
When I start derailing on my train of thought I know I'm close to falling asleep,
(through the darkness of my eyes I see random colorful objects/colors and I feel this pressure/pulsing near my eyes and body the pulse is not coming into my body its radiating outwards)
I then picture a scenario for my dream, the one I thought about recently was me laying on a couch in front of the TV and visualizing everything the TV remove feeling the couch etc!.
Then the most annoying thing possible happens I notice that my eye lid is open and I am starting at the ceiling, now at first I thought this was a false awakening, so I tried again and did a RC sadly it wasn't any advise into helping with trying to keep my eye lid closed will be much appreciated!
Note: I am thinking of investing into a sleep mask :p and some ear plugs!
