      So, what are some things you can't do before sleep if you plan on LDing?

      I've heard about not watching TV, anything else?

      Don't eat lots before bed, just small amounts if you're hungry

      If you plan on LDing, or just having pleasant dreams, you should put aside any negative thoughts or problems you have and save them for tomorrow. That helps lots, to be honest.

      Oh and alcohol is most usually a no-no as supresses REM and hinders recall.

      Maybe it's a dream and if I scream, it will burst at the seams.
