      Problem with reality checks. DIZZINESS

Hey, I had a lot of ld's, but many of them was just really short, and fail ld's.

Today I had a "lucid dream". I haven't been lucid dreaming for long time. This is the story:
I woke up at 5:00 am. I wanted to do a wild. Well, I tried, but I got bored and gave up. I've done a mild instead. Instead of telling myself a long mantra, I just said something like "reality check" and "lucidity". Well, I fell asleep. I'm in a dream now. I'm lying on the same bed as before. It's dark. Almost no difference from the real world and the dream. Then I saw a little fat spider. I was looking at him walking, then I turned on lights. He wasn't there. I went back to sleep with lights on. Somehow, there is my hamster in my bed now. I was like, how did he got there? Nevermind, I grabbed him and went to my mom's room to tell her about it. As I woke her up, somehow, I got lucid, I just knew it's a dream. To be sure, I've done a nose reality check. As I done it, I started feeling so DIZZY. Like the whole world moved, I couldn't stand still. I wanted to scream "I'M LUCID", but no sound came out of my mouth, instead, the dream slowly blended with image of my bed, I knew it's over and I woke up.

The dizzy feeling got me so many times, it kicked me out of many lucid dreams. What the?

I know what you mean.. this has happened to me before too. I can't really say what might be the cause, or what it means, but I think it might just be the end of your REM cycle, so you just naturally wake up. If it happens when it's not time to get up you can always just try again. With a bit more practice I'm sure you'll have it down c:

      Good luck and happy dreaming.

It was the beginning of the dream.
Anyway, the thing is, I'm just getting to excited. I have to calm down and rub my hands or do something like this.
