I would spend time visualizing becoming lucid during this.*Maybe change your mantra accordingly. |

So, lately I've realized that most of my dreams have been video game-like... (probably because I've been playing Zelda, and Borderlands too much) but it will be so clear that it's not real, and I'll even think "If I ever had a dream like this, I know I'd get lucid" but then after waking up and about a half hour later when I remember my dreams I'm just like... wow. So basically, I guess, should I be doing RCs while playing video games, (yes, yes I know the best idea is to stop playing them for a while but that is just out of the question... c |

You shouldn't doubt yourself so much. Take any advice into consideration and do what you will. I agree with the idea of doing reality checks while you're playing games for two reasons. First, this gets your mind used to associating video games and their scenarios with RCs. Secondly, many times you are focused on the video game, almost mindlessly so in a sense, and if you are able to constantly remember to RC during this time then you will most certainly increase your chances to become Lucid. |

I Dreamed a Dream
In it, saw people I've never seen
Gone places I've never been
And done things I'd do again.
