Sounds like you may need to just keep trying, it comes differently to different people. If it bothers you too much, perhaps try and see if you have any sleep disorders or heart problems, it sounds more like just anxiety to me, and after enough practice you will calm down and be able to enjoy a Lucid Dream fully, Congrats on the multiple LD's in order! |

When you do your reality check, try visualizing that it is a dream and what you do next...(Go through it all in your mind as if it was real, maintain calmness)...Do it few times during the day. It's normal to wake up instantly first few time, don't worry. Your mind just needs to accustom to that lucid feeling. |

My life is so much interesting inside my head...
Congrats on your lucids! It is definitely excitement. Hard to quell at first, but something that I started doing is when I am RCing or thinking about what to do in a lucid (I visualize a lot, it keeps me motivated) I imagine that feeling, the feeling of realizing that I am in a dream. I imagine it spiking and then myself calming down and stabilizing. It helped me. Good luck with more lucids. Sounds like you are doing great right now. 2 in less than a month is pretty awesome! Good job! |
