      Exclamation Help with overall Control and the realization that i'm dreaming...

      Ok, i've been having pretty vivid dreams lately. i fel like this is my chance to add control and everything to it. Any easy ways how?

      Vivid dreams are nice. But what helps you get lucid is your daytime awareness. Are you practicing any? How about RCs and mantras?
