Thread: RC reminders, are they helpful?

Zoth did a great job answering this, I will just add,,, maybe you will even dream that you look at your phone and see it, if it becomes engrained in your mind. Who knows?

I considered this, but I have not ever recalled seeing my cell phone in a dream.

Also, thank you all for the insightful answers. After considering what you all have said, I believe that it acts as a reminder to remind myself to perform RCs. Sometimes, during the day, I lose focus on my goal to lucid dream because I am busy at work or engaged in something. Checking my phone during these times reminds me of my goal. I performed far more RCs today than usual, thanks to the simple reminder.. I just have to remember that it is a reminder and not something to rely on
