Unhappy My mind can't focus anymore, help me please

Hello guys, i've been doing a lot of ADA sessions recently with the point
to do that in a dream too, but i have a problem and i can't use the power of my mind
to get rid of it. No matter what i do, whenever i ask myself "Am i dreaming"
i start to look around but random thoughts start to come in and this really bothers me
because i want to focus in every of my own ADA session and i can't kick this thoughts away.

      Please help me

Don't resist a problem, resistance works like a magnet to a problem and the more you resist, the bigger the problem gets.

Meditation is what taught me this, here thoughts is the biggest enemy of all, and judgement <- which is an example of resisting.

And the solution is to do the opposite. Accept the thoughts!

Don't analyze or judge them, just passively observe that they are there by for example thinking "Ok there was a thought let's go back to whatever I was doing." And when you accept the thoughts, they will dissolve on their own.

You can also use the Focus Theory: http://www.dreamviews.com/wake-initi...s-daytime.html
in this example. Where your focus of awareness is, is where your reality will be.

If your problem is itching while WILDing it will only itch more the more you resist it, but if you accept it and allow to direct your focus to something else at the same time as you accept the itch, it will stop itching.

That's the power of acceptance and love.

      Good luck!

I agree with mastermind. Once you become accustomed to anything it will eventually lose it's importance, don't mind the thoughts. Just redirect your attention to what you were doing before.
Also meditation really does help too, you should try it.

Like everyone else said, just don't focus on them, observe them passively. Also, from my experiences, i'd say don't be so worried about it, sometimes when worried about something too much we can mentally create problems that wouldn't have existed otherwise.

Lol thats true indeed, sometimes while i stop to analyze things
i create problems that aren't that a big deal, it's like my mind doesn't
want me to analyze those things and ignore them
